At System Label we use various printing techniques depending on the material, volume and end use. We can also combine these methods to give a high quality product which would otherwise be unacchievable.
Screen Printing
On sheet or roll in high quality on flexible or rigid materials.
Formats up to 900 x 1200mm (A0). Thin, thick and flexible materials such as glass, plexi, aluminium, etc. High ink coverage and high resistant varnish. Various textured effects.

Flexo Printing
Suitable for large volume print runs. Also in combination with screen printing. Flexible materials, small or high volume up to 250mm print width.
Digital Printing
With our new digital technology we have set new standards with regards to materials and print quality. Paper, vinyls, banners, flags, plastics, compound materials, acrylic, plexiglass, etc, and direct onto glass. Various forms faced, throughcut or guillotined. Double sided and personalized data. Varnishes and laminates for better protection and UV stability.
